Every order leaves our Covington, Kentucky warehouse within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. U.S. delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch by USPS or UPS; Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses can add a few days. Shipping is free on 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages; the 2-bottle package carries a fee calculated at checkout.
A tracking link arrives by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Wrong address on the confirmation email? Reply to it immediately; we can correct an address any time before the label is printed.
If tracking stalls past the 7 business-day window, email us with your order number. Confirmed lost or damaged packages are replaced at no cost, and a photo of any damage speeds the claim.
Returns, Step By Step
Every package is covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee (full terms here). The process: email [email protected] with your order number and the word refund in the subject; within 1 business day you receive a return authorization and the return address; ship all bottles back, empty ones included; the product price is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of arrival. Return postage is the customer's; there are no restocking or processing fees.
